For 20 years I have been working with people and teams, 17 of which in management within one of the most dynamic and demanding industries: telecommunications. Coaching came as a natural continuation — the same commitment to people, a different role in their process.

Coaching came as a natural extension of this experience of working with people. I studied coaching and communication at the EdAlt Institute and have continued to grow as both a practitioner and a lecturer in communication and coaching.
