Chance
There are moments when every path chosen feels wrong. When you look left and sense you should have gone right, and when you look right — you realise the left was the answer.
In those moments, the mind does not choose — it hesitates. And hesitation, left unbroken, becomes a choice of its own: the choice to stay in place.
There is a strange freedom in letting chance break the deadlock. Not because chance knows better — but because, the instant the wheel stops, you suddenly discover what you were hoping it would land on.
And that is, perhaps, the most honest answer you can ever receive from yourself.

I come from business and technology. I spent 17 years in management within telecommunications. There, pressure is not a metaphor. Numbers hurt, deadlines do not wait, and decisions carry a price. I led teams, delivered results and turned conflicts into opportunities for growth. I learned accountability in situations where mistakes cost.
I studied at the EdAlt Institute and, at a certain point, began teaching there. I have always been interested in what lies beneath behaviour: the mechanisms, not the appearances. How we come to get stuck. Why we repeat the same patterns even when we know better.
I chose to work in coaching and communication. I chose to work with people who want to think more clearly and own the consequences of their decisions.
My style is direct. I ask questions that, more often than not, are not comfortable. I care about what holds up under scrutiny, not what sounds good. If you need reassurance, I am not the right person. If you want clarity and rigour, you are in the right place.
